It started to rain so we ran up to the roof to take down our laundry. Lightning flashed across the sky and a deep rumble made its way from the distance. i turned in my final paper at 2 or 3 am saturday morning and thus starts official winter break! 1 month!- that i am going to use to work, rest, read, and move about with my cantonese pod casts playing in my ears…gotta get fluent. or conversational atleast! it irks me that i can’t fluidly conversate with some of my own relatives.
